Charge control (SOC maximum + hysteresis)
At SOC maximum both charging and discharging are blocked (CCL=0 A, DCL=0 A). The hold remains active while real SOC falls through the hysteresis band. At SOC maximum minus hysteresis, reduced-current recharge starts: discharge stays blocked and charge current ramps from 0 A toward Reduced charge current at the configured Charge limit ramp. Recharge remains charge-only until SOC maximum is reached again.
